...simply stand on it for 30 seconds!  Its that simple to achieve a super tight seal to the concrete slab with no effort!  If the DomePress is not available, simply press the flanges of the test kit down against the concrete using fingers or a small hand tool. Run all around the perimeter to make sure that it is securely sealed to the concrete. When finished, place the palm of your hand over the plastic dome, and press firmly to demonstrate an air-tight seal.
