Prior to testing a floor for moisture, check the building condition. Here, a digital thermo hygrometer measures the room temperature and relative humidity. The building must be between 65 and 85 degrees F. with a 40% to 60% relative humidity, for at least 48 hours prior to testing and throughout the test procedure.
